Time to think leaves! I used a Hero Arts tree stamp, one I had used for a Christmas card last year, that I embossed with copper embossing powder, inked with Ranger distress ink, sprinkled on some water and added green leaves using a small leaf punch, added some words and a word banner. Love the way it came out. Check out the post on Splitcoaststampers.com and on Flickr, too. Don’t you love it?!

White and Peach Hero Arts Card
A Trio of Flowers!
I was inspired by the beautiful flowers and landscape arrangements at the Providence Flower show on Friday. So nice to see flowers in bloom, ponds and flowering trees. I created a card using a newly purchased Hero Arts flower stamp, embossed stamped background and a die cut vine tendril. Think warm sunshine!
Sunny Yellow Flowers
Time to think sunny yellow! I created this card last year and wanted to share it as yellow is a great color during the gray February days and snow on the ground. I used an embossed background stamp, cut out frame and two die cut flowers from Memory Box. I was inspired by a post on Pinterest and made some changes-of course. Use my card to get you started! Happy stamping!
Happy Daisy Hello Card
This is an easy card as I used the Hero Arts daisy stamp which I have had for a long time. I think I even got it on sale some place a long time ago. I colored the stamp with brush tipped markers and stamped it on a piece of lined loose leaf paper.
I printed the hello banner on the computer and cut it to size. I also colored the sides of the paper with Ranger Ink in a blue/gray color, tied a simple cord on the top and it is ready to send to a friend.
Think spring with a mixed media board!
Happy Everything!!
Today was a perfect day to play with paper and ink. I have had this Hero Arts stamp Happy Everything for a long time and never found a project or technique to use with it. I white embossed the stamped image, heat set it and then inked the background in blues and greens. I cut out the word banner and attached it over the stamped image. I liked the way it came out and it s happy everything type of card. Hope to enter it in the current Hero Arts contest. Happy Stamping!

Thank you card!
Happy Valentine’s Day! The key to my heart!
January is a great month to get crafty.
I got a wonderful craft box from my daughter for Christmas and it was a scarf printing/stamping kit from Brit+Co. The kit included a jersey knit scarf, fabric paint, a small foam brush, a sheet of sticky foam to create your own stamp and a wooden block for the sticky foam paper. I had plenty of my own solid image large stamps and some mini bottles of fabric paint. I created my own pattern and colors and stamped away. I learned in the process that the painted stamp does only needs a minimal amount of paint to create a nice stamped image. What a great gift and stamping project. Attached is my finished stamped scarf. I love the way it looks.
